LaPorte Missionary Church
LaPorte, Indiana

Steven Galloway, Lead  Pastor

"LPMC’s heart for global mission is to see the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom by making disciples of the nations, baptizing them into His Church, and teaching them His Word. To that end, we support ministries that share this vision of planting churches.

What I love most about this vision for global mission is how clearly it aligns with Christ’s own mission—as seen in the Book of Acts, the missionary journeys of Paul, and the letters he wrote to the churches he helped establish.

I also love the diversity of ministries this vision allows us to partner with. We support Bible translators, medical missionaries, biblical counseling trainers, college professors, a pastoral training institution in Africa, addiction recovery ministries, as well as support teams that make these ministries possible. Highlighting this kind of "diversity in service” reminds our people that there are opportunities for everyone in fulfilling Christ’s Great Commission.

It is our prayer that this vision, Lord willing, will motivate even more of our LPMC family to respond to God’s call to proclaim His Kingdom to those who have not yet heard the Gospel."
