Congratulations to NAOMI and DANIEL ELLIOTT on the birth of their son, Nathanael Dean Thomas Elliott! He was born on Thursday, October 5, weighing 8 lbs. 6 oz. and 20” long. Naomi and Nathanael are at home and doing well.

LATVIA: Pray for RICK DUGAN as he prepares for a trip to two South Asian countries beginning October 12. He will be connecting with leaders during both of these trips and accompanied by an Indian ministry partner who encourages and equips believers in these movements.

ASIA: Pray for a STAFF MEMBER who is in Japan now through November 13 for ministry. She is leading a short-term team to assist at a local ministry center which assists youth and families. For more information on this ministry, watch their video at the following link: https://teamkibou.com. Pray that this brief trip will open the door for more trips to occur. Pray also for this staff member as she travels to another part of Asia from October 31 through November 15 for ministry.

UNITED STATES: Pray for STEVE and SHEILA HARRIGAN as they lead a retreat this week for the young adults they are discipling. Pray for a STAFF MEMBER who will be joining them to assist at the retreat.

BALKANS: Pray for the STAFF MEMBER preparing for the Balkan Network Meeting taking place for a group of World Partners staff on October 13.

BOLIVIA: Pray for ABAD, MIGUEL ARIAS, NAT BROWN, and JAMES WOLHETER as preparations are made to lead an Evento Keystone discipleship training in Riberalta, Bolivia, from November 3-12. This team will be in traveling to Bolivia on October 25. Pray all the details would come together as many different people are working on various parts of planning the training. This will be intensive training with a group of people training to be missionaries in the Latin world and Africa.

MIDDLE EAST: Pray for a STAFF COUPLE and their daughter who are in a volatile area, but are currently safe.

ECUADOR: NAT BROWN states, “We just received word from one of the men we first discipled in Ecuador that he made a trip to visit some of his disciples he had led to the Lord and they have disciples. What started out as one or two individuals from one family has now spread to others in the neighborhood and they continue to multiply.”

SOUTH AFRICA: Pray for STEPHEN and GAYLE BURGSTAHLER as they meet regularly with disciples and also coach individuals in discipleship.

SPAIN: Pray for DAVID de la ROSA as he disciples Aaron, who is teaching skateboarding to teenagers so he can share the gospel with them. Pray also for David as he continues to work with a group of Middle East missionaries. Pray that ESTHER de la ROSA will not have to have surgery for a fibroid. Pray that their daughter, Naomi, would be able to find a job. Pray also that their other daughter, Anais, who has a job, would be able to keep it when her contract ends this month.

EUROPE: Pray for a STAFF MEMBER as she prepares to spend time with Milcah Kinyanjui in Kenya. Pray also that she would be able to have an issue created by the immigration office fixed by them immediately so that she would be able to submit her documents for naturalization.

EUROPE: Pray for a STAFF COUPLE as they try to lead an individual to Jesus, but he is far from the Lord right now. The staff couple believes that he could be a positive person of influence if he could become a follower of Jesus.

ASIA: A STAFF COUPLE requests prayer for them and their daughter for healing from various extreme health issues for protection overall as they continue their ministry on a regular basis.

EUROPE: Pray for a STAFF FAMILY as they will receive their keys to their new apartment tomorrow and move. They need to be out of their apartment by November 1. They are moving from one apartment to another in the same city. Pray for them as they adjust to their new home and neighbors.
